Russell Law Group, PC was formed in 2006 by Mitch Russell to deliver sophisticated legal representation in real estate and business transactions to its clients. Our varied clients include individuals, closely-held companies, venture funds, pension funds, and public companies. To certain of our clients, we serve as general counsel: supervising (and controlling the costs of) outside law firms, and advising in diverse matters such as general contracting and employment matters. Our primary work, however, is as special counsel in the formation of entities, the raising of capital, the borrowing of debt, and the purchase and sale of real estate and other assets.
